And thank you too. I hadn't had much background on Equinox before so I appreciate this. Do you know who wrote the lyrics? Was it Bobby Petersen?

I realise I owe you a huge apology. I discovered that you'd emailed me at the end of last year and I missed it. Trouble is I don't use that address much and only ever check it when I'm expecting something there. I'll email you with a kosher contact!

The resources say that Phil wrote the lyrics and the song, with the intention of Jerry singing lead. You can tell that they are still working it out, another somewhat clunky combination of melody and words that reminds me of the Hornsby Cyclone discussion a while back.

Can’t tell you how much weight you lift off these shoulders with your response. Having no clue if there is a way to know if an email is received, your lack of response had caused me some turmoil, although I have come to accept that a bit of detachment can help one better enjoy hanging out in these parts.

A ways back we hit upon something music related regarding sweet and soothing, and I never got back to you. This is a fine example that I wish I had then – led here by Ian in jots recent kindness post – the jam out of Comes A Time, starts just shy of the eight minute mark : http://www.archive.org/details/gd76-07-17.sbd.unknown.243.sbeok.shnf
